Support Accreditation – How to make the best use of support from SAP.


Support plays a crucial role in ensuring your SAP systems are running optimally.  Having more efficient interactions with support will lead to better and quicker resolutions.  We have developed a course that will help you better interact with support from SAP.

It is an outstanding enablement option to help maximize your support experience. The accreditation is developed to showcase and equip SAP users with all resources they need when engaging with support from SAP.  The easy-to-use units will guide you with one-page snapshots, how-to guides, and interactive quizzes.

 

How to access the learning course?

The learning course is available on the learning.sap.com platform and all units can be taken on demand at your personal pace. Here is a link to the Support Accreditation.

How does it work?

The accreditation consists of four units on the focus topics self-service and case prevention, live support channels, SAP Cloud ALM and supplementary lessons for specific target groups.

Each course unit contains lessons on specific support offerings or support tools from SAP.  Discover how support is using AI to enhance the customer support experience.  There are many support offerings where customers and partners can have live interactions with experts (for example with ‘Schedule and Expert a customer can have a 30-minute session with an expert to help resolve a specific issue related to a support request).  The aim is to showcase all the support channels and tools on offer and empower our customers and partners.

Upon successful completion of the final assessment, you will receive a Support Accreditation badge. This indicates the successful completion of the learning course and the achievement of the requisite knowledge to navigate SAP’s support channels and offerings.  This can be used on your social media channels.  Share it with pride!!!
